@nolimit, is that a d50 and 50mm lens you used for your landscapes?

Yeah, 2nd photo was stiched from 3 shots and 3rd photo from 5 shots.

I mostly used D50 with 50mm and Sigma DP1 (28mm).

The problem is, is that the sun is directly facing them and their all squinting a bit to look at the camera.

A few from another wedding, this time in Mayfair. Hope you guys like em, we've tried to hone our black and whites right in but there's a real black (pun not intended) art to it to getting good black and whites and also giving it our own look.

Surely there are a few here using photoshop as it is very hard to believe camera's can do such amazing quality pictures

I think it's a mix, some do and some don't. Personally, I colour balance or do a black and white conversion and then export straight out (that can include curve adjustments to give contrast etc). I have on very few occasions used dodge/burn too if a photo is screaming for it though. I find Photoshopping is usually pretty easy to spot in most cases, a few people are masters at it and you'd never know. Some of my favourite photos I've seen I'm still in two minds if they've been shopped, I guess if it's art it's art but not sure if could be called a photo?

Maybe people could do a quick list of things they've done to a photo underneath if they wanted, helping everyone else see how they got to their final piece?
