Why not? Pay for a month and see if you like the new Firelands content? If not then cancel your sub.

Why not just get someone to send you a scroll of resurrection? Its free so no wasting money if you cba.

I did and the classes are crap, the clunky mechanics and AI are crap, the quests are highly confusing, there are tooooooo many instances and not enough direction.
Its boring.

Buy Rift instead.
Questing is really fun on Rift.
I played it for a bit but had to go back to WOW as my guild needed me for raids and i only have time for 1 MMORPG

Its all about the ££ now. Wow isn't as it used to be
It always was about money but they slowly adopted the Activision 'yeah we want your money so stfu' approach after the Activision Blizzard deal
Problem with Rift is the Rifts, as soon as you've done 10 of them, there boring as hell.
The classes are just "here is every skill, you figure out how to play the class, we cba to figure it out"
The questing is just mindless bland grinding.
This is exactly what ive been thinking. My subscription automatically renewed after i forgot to cancel, and i havent played since March.
Its too hard to jump back into a character after you havent played in so long.
And cba to do all the early quests AGAIN!

That is the same with wow though, do your self a favour and don't go back. There has to be something other than a MMO or WoW that could feed your bordem.
