XBOX *** SSFIV AE Tournament ***

Well looks like I will have to pull out of this as well as not be playing for awhile. My backup stick just died as well :/. Nothing happens when I push to the right :(

My round 2 TE that has been on order for a couple of weeks is apparently "awaiting dispatch" so hopefully wont have to wait too long.

We will give it until Tuesday to see if anyone wishes to take your place, otherwise shuzzbutt goes through!

elrasho, I'm online til 10pm if you wanna play tonight. Otherwise it'll be after midnight.
 
Congrats to Artheas, he beat me 3 - 1 with his Viper vs my Balrog. Well done mate and good luck for the rest fo the tourney.

Edit: I have saved the replays. I can record and upload tomorrow hopefully.

Edit: MOTD2 is actually at 10:25 on BBC1

2-0 up against elrasho only to totally fold and lose 3-2, probably had something to do with my taunting that cost me lol. :mad::mad::mad:

edit: Plus I had literally walked through the door, signed on and played with one warmup game. Still, 2-0 I should have won it, that friggin tornado throw grabs you out of everything. Abel is one char (Gief is another) that I cannot have a throwing contest with. :mad: I am backing you to go all the way now elrasho.

Which is something I just couldn't do in the last 3 games. The first game you were playing very cautious and lost but you started playing more normally after that. One thing I normally always catch you with after a knockdown is cr.mk > fireball because you normally block high but you back dashed a lot and got out of range which was frustrating me. Well played though, I had no answer to the wheelkicks and tornado grabs, my Abel nightmare goes on... :o

Watching that back yeah I was right you back dashed out of range a fair few times which you don't normally do, and as usual you got me with quite a few wheel kicks and tornado throws. Good luck in the next round.
 
Aww man, so this is what you're talking about!

I'll deffo be in the next one, i've been away the last couple of weeks, but should be free from thurs to fully concentrate on sf once more.
