Maokai is a great champion, he has a snare, a knockback, some nice damage with his sapling and his ult while a bit fiddly is still very good... not sure why he doesn't get more love.. a couple of tanky items and he is quite unkillable and his sapling is only beaten by kog'maw and nocturne for being able to finish off fleeing characters... number of times i have killed fools who get beat up early game and go to blue back by their tower only to take a sapling to the head :D

When in the Mumble chat, do you only go in room 1,2,3,4 etc if you have a group of people to go in there and play with. I always hang in the 'all levels' and never know if I can enter one of the rooms.

There are no hard and fast rules, if you're new to mumble i'd suggest you put in your comment (click the comment button) your level, who you like playing and your ingame name. The ready to join is excellent if you are looking to join a game and just want to indicate that.

However you can always wander into any of the channels, games for LOL are played under the League of Legends Banner. If you do this i'd suggest listening first to make sure a game is not underway - nothing more irritating than having people outside a game chatting whilst you're in the midst of a fight.

I tend to do a bit of mix and match - I tend to look at the channels and then look ingame to see if the channel is playing and if not i'll message them ingame if they are looking for extra people. When people are looking for extra people they tend todo a shout out to all channels (you're hear it from time to time). Something like x players needed in channel y. Then feel free to pile in.

If i'm looking for people i'll tend to form a team from all my communication sources (steam/xfire/mumble/ingame), I may or may not use the readytojoin dependant on who is around.

Lux is really good mate in my opinion, I've seen her carry games.

Strange how lol works, played 12 games, won 10 then lost 5 in a row yesterday lol.
 
Lux is a solid character, she has a good snare, a good ult, some decent damage... nothing bad about her really, she doesn't face roll that often like other characters can after a few kills but that's probably a good thing
 
I decided to try WW with all attack speed runes and just make madreds and then all blood thirsters and it worked better than expected heres the stats you get for anyone intrested with his W the attack speed jumps upto i think it was 2.2

551 damage 100% life steal (130% for the duration of util) garunteed atleast 1 kill even if u run in 1v5 :D
i wasnt aware they changed his utl though didnt it used to be so many hits and not damage over time?

wow some really sad people play this game...

in my last game the bottom lane of vlad and WW played really bad and akali had 5 kills and MF 10kills at 14mins.

we all decided the game was lost , no one raged or anything so i said i was going afk until 20mins because we all agreed we would surrender, no one raged or blamed the bottom lane (i was playing xin and doing alright at the top lane)

i come back at 20minutes to surrender and the person i was laning at the top with was telling everyone to report me for AFK how pathetic
