Some guy on the phone to the Bbc now is saying that they might have Gaddafi been captured and his two son and that they should have a update in the next 10minutes. Wait and see how true that is.
 
Cool, well lets hope that Libya get the right support and that they can build a future and prosper with their natural wealth ie Oil.
 
One report said that South Africa sent a pair of planes to pick up Gaddafi and his inner circle to spirit them away to an african country which won't extradite to the ICC. Supposedly Gaddafi refused to get on.

I guess we will see.

The guy speaking now said that if South Africa did take them they would have to give them up as they have agreed to coincide with the ICC. Not sure if hes talking crap or not I dont know much on these matters.

Aye, SA is signed up to the ICC, so if President Zuma did take Gaddafi to SA as his guest then he would be obligated to hand them to the ICC to be put on trial.

However, if he chartered some SA planes and flew them Zimbabwe (which is not a signatory to the ICC) then he would be "safe".
