Yep, but they are doing it for any OS developer including Symbian, Meego, iOS, Android...

They can throw free phones at anyone with app experience to increase their catalogue. And it shows, there are some stunning apps on the marketplace.

They went live at 12.00 So hes one of the first.

Can someone explain why this relatively new product is already discontinued?

For the price I wouldn't of minded getting one of these for my g/f (I already have an iPad) but looks like I'm far too late

Anyone got that link to who's selling it and who's yet to have it at the discounted price?

I did not realize they went live at 12,I thought it was a bit earlier at 11:50. Anyhow check your emails as the amazon order page is apparently not working that well.

got one from the rainforest place as well at 12:09, still heard nothing. However its likely amazon are waiting for a stock delivery, as they would not have allowed so many orders without at least a few hundred more units on the way. To make sure i ordered one from another etailer at lunchtime. First to be despatched wins lol.

I have heard multiple rumors Rainforest have 10000 units on there way to them, and it was only open for a hour the sale.

I wouldn't say that, HP have said this isn't the last we'll see of webos. And tbh, get andriod on it and you have a £450 for £90 WIN WIN
