Basically it means only the people who pre-ordered it a full price stand a chance of receiving it, and possibly not even all of them will.

It also means CPW and its group have whatever stock is left, and are trying to get people to sign up to contract for them.
 
got one from mobiles.
free on contract and £10.50pm. ill give it to my dad to replace his crap tmobile payg.

not directly from vodafone as you said earlier.
 
i deleted posts about 1 minute after i posted em. voda dont have them or sell direct..but indirect via cpw (cpw = mobiles.co.uk)

... not sure what your problem is tbh :)

You did say Vodafone bought them all :p

Think it is available on Vodafone, Orange and T- mobile on CPW

Now to try and cancel my pre3 order at Superetrader in the hope that I'm not charged £200 for it sim-free!
 
I went for the £10.50 deal, less messing about with refunds.

Think this is as good as it gets for UK users, £250 with 14days to return it in case HP come good, plus ive still got my place in the queue at Clove.

they have charged me full amount today...had a go on them over the phone as they are not allowed to charge before goods are dispatched...they have told me that on they system I was refunded...will wait and see but most likely will call bank tomorrow anyway.
