Is this adrenaline?

Sometimes just before or just after I puke I'll feel a tingling sensation in my skin and I'll feel a little bit shaky. I can also feel the colour drain out of my face and sometimes even my teeth start to tingle.

Does anyone else experience this? Is it caused by adrenaline? If not, does anyone know what actually causes this?

I've had my blood pressure tested quite a few times in the past and it was always normal.

Nothing to see (unless you want to stare at vomit).
