Torchwood - Dr Who Spin off

i loved Torchwood, but this series just doesn't feel like Torchwood in any way shape or form anymore, and the plot is so dragged out over the episodes's with hardly any action that i think it's a disgusting that they even allowed us the viewers to watch it.

Couldn't have said it better. It's just not Torchwood anymore. I lost interest right after the 'incinerator burning hot character' episode. Too much talking and running/faffing about without reaching any sort of conclusion. Pathetic really given the show's past.

this show is just too gay for me - i want to watch science fiction, not 'queer as folk 2'.
RD should concentrate on the boring plot and tedious dialogue more.

What i find very disheartening is that they have had some very very good actors but they don't make use of them all that well.

It's nearing the end now, and i still wouldn't care if one of the American characters were to die (permanently). I don't really care much for Gwen and her dopey husband either. (what is it with Doctor Who shows/spinoffs and dopey sidekicks?!, is it a British thing?).

This year has been the downfall of Sci Fi on primetime tv imo, Torchwood: Miracle Day is just the latest nail in the coffin.

I'm not sure what I dislike more, how poor this series has been, or myself for continuing to watch it.

Same tbh... I started watching with high hopes from the previous series, but now I just watch it as a kind of habit, despite the fact I don't really enjoy it any more and it's all super-naff. :(

Absolutely disgusted by the scenes in this weeks episode, no need for it at all.

That said, the plot I am quite enjoying.

On another note, Eve Myles is due to come and do a boat course with us soon!

It's was already god awful and if it wasn't so short (only like 1-2 episode left) i would have stopped watching it anyway. But that was the last straw. As it was i was having to fast forward through those scenes as I wanted to heave
