What would you guys recommend me getting? (Steering away from wireless) Also preparing for BF3! :D

Brands I've looked at - Razer, Logitech, Saitek, Tt and Microsoft.

Yep the x4 is a great keyboard. I use it in combination with a Razer Deathadder and love it.

But how much is your budget? Because there are other more expensive Mice and Keyboards that are a bit better but are more expensive

For a keyboard I think you should check out the Razer BlackWidow. An't do any research for any mouse at the moment for you because I'm not at one and I'm in my iPhone but If I'm not mistaken te Logitech G500 is a good mouse.

My picks:

BANG FOR BUCK
Saitek Eclipse (Cyborg V5) + Razer DeathAdder <- I think you should get these

PIMP
Mionix Zibal 60 + Razer Mamba
(I specifically avoided the BlackWidow because I don't like the placement of the function keys)

I'm currently running:
Saitek Eclipse + Razer Mamba
Note that whilst the Mamba promises epic wireless (and for wireless it is fairly epic) the battery doesn't make it though a long session so you have to connect it via USB - once you've done this a few times you'll leave it plugged in, so may as well have bought a DeadAdder. I leave the Mamba in the PIMP setup because it's still better than the DeathAdder if you wire it.

microsoft x6 gaming keyboard Razer Lachesis mouse.
The mouse i chose because im left handed.
I have the microsoft x8 mouse witch broke after just 3 months.

You should choose the x4 over the x6, everyone says that. Then there is a wide variety of good mice on the market. If you get the x4, then you will have lots of money to spend on a mouse and the rest you can save (or upgrade your pc :D)

Lol! Ive just spent £1600 on my new system which I'm building in Afew days.. What do you guys think of the Logitech G510 and G19.

Right so far for the keyboard its gonna be either Logitech G510, Saitek Cyborg V7, Razer Black Widow and Microsoft X4.
Mouse i've chosen Logitech G500 (Palm grip) and Roccat Kova+

What do you think, should i change it around or choose another?

What type of games are you going to be playing?

The blackwidow uses blue Cherry MX switches, they are a great switch, but some people don't like how loud they are. The TT eSports MEKA G1 keyboard uses black switches, which are quieter and is in your budget.

The X4 is probably the best Value for money keyboard on the market right now, has a cool anti ghosting technology, so means you can mash your keyboard and not worry about input lag. If you don't want a mechanical keyboard, get the X4.

Playing CS: Source, BF2, Black Ops and the list goes on.. I'm mainly a FPS kinda person. is the X4 backlit?

Mouse: WMO (Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical). Simply the best mouse for gaming, almost anything else is a gimmick that suffers from problems such as prediction, hardware acceleration, skipping at high speeds, and being too heavy. The only other mice I would consider for gaming are IME 1.1 / 3.0 (Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer) and Razer Abyssus.

By the way you only need 400dpi maximum for any game, so don't go "ohh this mouse has 10k DPI it must be the best" like everyone else does. Lazer mice and high DPI mice are a marketing gimmick.

Keyboard: I've heard the Filco Majestouch 2 is one of the best for gaming, haven't got one yet though so can't say much. Some kind of mechanical keyboard is certainly the best though.
