I like it. Its not perfect but its a very good game.
Some people on here moan moan moan about games. Spoilt kids that don't remember the Amiga days.

I remember the amiga yes, but you're very clouded if you didn't think people moaned about amiga games. That's why we had reviews, not every amiga game was amazing!.

You might like it but i think it's a console ported pos, yet i loved the amiga... and the amstrad... and the atari... need i go on :D

Yours is quite possibly not changing, it's a huge difference.

I can see the change in FOV and Bloom but not when I change:

ShadowMapSize(1024)
SpotShadowMapSize(1024)
Lightmaps()
GammaFloat(1.35)
MaxRefresh(60)
MaterialQuality(0)
FXQuality(3)
FXFadeLevel(0)
WaterQuality(0)
GrassQuality(0)
EnvQuality("FullDynamic")
ShaderPath(5)

Those are higher than the in game settings but I dont see a differnet, even FRAP shows the same FPS, I would have though my FPS would drop as it meant to be more graphically intensive at these settings.
 
Or the Amstrad with green screen, but hey atleast that didn't have blinding bloom!

Haters gona hate :rolleyes: Peoples opinions on this game has gone up and down faster then katie price's knickers the last couple of days.

I give it 8/10 by no means the best game I have ever played but I agree with others when they say it has held my attention a lot better then other games of late.
 
Is there a way of turning on vsync or a FPS limiter? It runs at about 130fps at the start and my gpu runs pretty warm

A 60 fps limit would be nice
 
Right having messed around with the video.src file I can honestly say none of them settings make a difference in game. THe only thing that made a difference was setting AA/AF in RadeonPro to 4X and changing FOV to 75.

I dont know why people change ShaderModel to anything above 3, this is a DirectX 9 game which supports ShaderModel 3.0 maximum. This game should have been DirectX11, would have looked so much better but it still looks good for me

Make sure your setting the Video.src file to read only, otherwise the game will try to revert back.
 
Anyone know how to get the Circular saw weapon? I got the DLC code do I need to find blue prints for it ?

Not sure if you found out but you have the blue print for it, when you go to a work bench you have the option or repair/upgrade or make I think it is, go to make and you'll see the option in there. You'll need all the stuff to make it though.
