do you feel you have missed out on a valuable life experience?
my siblings and parents went, i didn't. this was through choice and not being great at applying myself academically. i did a course at college upon leaving school but even that wasn't for me and i wanted to get out and work, earn money.
i listen to my parents, brother and sister, and other people i know who went to university and some of it sounds great, the different city, living away from home, meeting new people, mixing studying with partying etc and coming out with a qualification and a lot of debt but with the likelihood of improved chances of getting a decent job. i do feel that i have missed out on that but that's because i just don't think i would have been equipped for it and have learnt to apply myself through other ways.
