I don't think you have to declare the characters you are going to use. All you have to make sure is that if you win with a character, that you dodn't use that character again for the remaining games.

There is gonna be a lot of thinking going in to which character you choose, since you will also be trying to predict who your opponent might use, but the rules are:
1) If you win a game, you can no longer use that character at all.
2) If you lose a game, you can use the same character or change BUT if you change you can NOT go back to any previous character you used
I have a feeling someone will forget the rules and choose a character they aren't allowed too, if this happens should it be an automatic disqualification??
I know who Art will use I just don't know in what order...

Yeah you can use anyone you want.
i think next time everyone should stick with characters they declared, so they cant counterpick as badly. but i love the mind games you can do with character order.
yeah i dont think there is any good oni online other than omh, certainly not in uk. i thought sim is good against any shotos, maybe sim struggle to deal with oni's air dash.
