Hey y'all,

Been out of the PC building loop for a few years now and I'm looking at building a new pc and I have no idea on whats hot and whats not.

I have about £1000 - £1100 to spend on building a brand new pc.

I require everything to get me going, tower, monitor, speakers, a copy of windows, keyboard, mouse etc.

Will be using it mostly for gaming, trying out BF3 and a bit of flight simming.

I'm sure I have a Corsair modular psu (550w I think) knocking about somewhere so if I find that then we can take the PSU out of the occasion (Unless this psu is pretty much useless now!). But for now the psu is to be included.

So come on OcUK, give me your best shot. :p

Surely its easier for you to copy and paste the text in the basket than typing it out by hand?

Thanks for the ideas so far :)

Also if budget gets tight then delivery won't matter cause I'll be going to OcUK to collect the parts.

I suggest you have it delivered rather than going to the shop.

If you change your mind about anything you can return it under the Distance Selling Regulations for a full refund.

If you buy it in the shop you can only return it within 7 days if it's unopened.

You can have free delivery so use it to your advantage.

Ah that's good to know, I was planning on going collecting because I'm currently on an RAF unit with the worlds worst post room. Which would no doubt go into meltdown when loads of special delivery boxes arrive. :p

And I'm only about 30 minutes away from the shop.
