You must be doing something very wrong
 
I just can't understand why you people are having so many understeer issues, I've not noticed any such issues at all. The only time I'm getting understeer is when carrying too much speed into a corner, as you would expect.

I can't say I've experienced any understeer coming out of a corner under power :/
 
I wouldn't go as far as the above with regards the handling, I can definitely put up with it, but there is something distinctly underwhelming about it for me with all the cars. Almost like it's not satisfying to drive around the course, even the Zonda doesn't excite.

Dunno, reading the comments at work today made it sound like a massive step up from F3. Based on the demo I'm just not seeing it yet. Hopefully a full set of features, tracks and cars will change this.

Can't get any better than 1:48.862 at the moment. I do insist on playing with everything off though, and that was with simulation steering (using a pad). I'll try again with normal steering and see where that gets me.
 
Download is taking bloody ages! Not my connection either, must be getting hammered. Been ongoing since about 7-8 still only at 70% with a 5-8mb connection! Poor times.
 
Love it! Normal steering, all driver aids off apart from ABS and manual gears is amazing, awesome fun in the RWD cars! Can't wait for release.

OH - and the music is great.

Live had a wobble for a couple of hours so the demand for it is probably way above average now.
 
Sod the music! I want pure car engine bliss. This Zonda has some outstanding noises coming out of bends full bore. Can't wait to hear the Lambo Mer SV670-LP434234234 either, bet it's pure bliss!


Does anyone else feel the tyre squeal seems more realistic too now? It sounds more natural and a lot of the time it sounds as though the tyre is actual skipping over the surface (the squeal reflects this). Sounds great!
