But actually, I reckon iPhone 4S launch straight away, iPhone 5 november launch and iOS 5 end of the month. Or some strange combo like that.
 
This time tomorrow we will all know; some people will be happy, but I guess most will be disappointed as the pre launch rumours tend to build exceptions too high.

Depends how much they have spent on the phone apps they have and how much they would miss them. I don't think as many will jump as you think.
 
There will be various websites (posted here no doubt) that will have real time updates/pics for people to follow. Doubtful there will be a stream.

No, I know loads of people wouldn't jump, but more would than if they announced a 5, I think a 5 would get a lot of people to jump back from Android as it frustrates a lot of people in many ways.
 
Must admit, my geek side is finding that assistant thing more and more interesting. Natural language AI has always fascinated me, and if Apple have got it to the stage where it 'just works' then it'll be really interesting to see.
 
I'm actually quite excited about the prospect of a new iphone, and would glady jump ship from Android.
 
I don't think any of these sites have any more clue than any one else, they're just placeholders to get website hits. I follow Grove who make the bespoke wooden iDevice cases on Facebook and they're waiting like everyone else to see whether they need to retool for a 5 or just make minor, if any adjustments for a 4S case.
