What are you guys allergic/intolerant to? Including other things like animals, chemicals, drugs etc.

Currently I'm intolerant to

- Gluten/Wheat (oats are fine)
- Dairy
- Soya
- Yeast
- Nuts (almonds) possibly

I've eaten nuts all my life but I think I've recently developed an intolerance to them.

I've been eating almonds a lot for months and just got another 1kg bag the other day and I've started feeling very strange a few hours after eating them.

Stinging eyes, stuffy nose, mild headache, very fatigued/tired/lack of energy, bloated/grumbling stomach, sharp pains in stomach and right side of chest (non consistent), swallowing hesitation? (not while eating).

I guess another thing to add to the list but will have to have another test done.

I really hope it's not the nuts because I'm running out of quick snacks!

Pollens
Dog Hair

And the annoying one that sometimes drives me crazy is: Wheat. Yes Wheat. Anything thats Wheat related i suffer big time :(

Pollen, dust, some pet hair, not all (it seems fairly random, I'm allergic to some cats and dogs, but not others), and one of my cat's snot... yes, I know that last one's odd, but if he rubs his nose against my skin when it's running, the area his mucus touches comes up in hives

i had that happen to me round a friends house; cat rubbing its nose on my elbow and it came up in hives and itched like a *****!

Is it possible if you have too much of something constantly, you can become allergic to it?

yes that's how lactose intolerance can develop

I'm intolerant to:

Lactose
Caffeine

and also have to watch how much sugar I eat.

I also find if I can't have too much wheat otherwise I get bloated and start getting stomach pains. Same thing happens if I drink barley squash as well

Part of my stomach issues can be caused by a hormone imbalance so I'm taking things for that but my stomach has felt so much better since I've also been taking oil of peppermint tablets

Certain animals, sawdust, too much alcohol (sounds odd but a severe hangover brings on chronic sneezing and flu symptoms)

Try benadryl if you need a good antihistamine, far more effective than piriteze and own brand tablets.

Not sure what i'm allergic too, I think its dust mites.

Is it true allergies change every so many years? I used to be heavily allergic to nuts, like a trip to hospital allergic. Now I nonch away at roasted salted peanuts :)

Pollen! But glad it's over, I think(?). And dust, I get a rash when I come in contact with a lot of it, i.e. cleaning out the inside of my PC or something... :(
