cant seem to find any budget mobo with usb 3.0 on board, or some have bk panel, but i need to connect up to my usb 3.0 on front of new CM Storm Enforcer case

cheers in advance

Are the connectors for USB 3.0 from your case the new 20 pin header or the old type with 2 separate USB 3.0 connectors which need to be plugged into a USB 3.0 port?

New type header cable:

If you're actually after the cheapest board with a USB 3.0 header then it's this one:

MSI P67A-C45 Intel P67 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard ** B3 REVISION **

If you're not using the onboard GPU you don't need Z68 for that.

Unless you intend to use SSD caching, Intel Quick Sync, SLI or Crossfire the board I listed saves you £16 over the Gigabyte listed by Damien who kindly jumped in while I was finding out your requirements.

Unfortunately none of the boards at the cheapest end have a USB 3.0 header.

Of course you can buy a cheaper motherboard but you'll have to miss out on the USB 3.0 ports on the case.

yeah cheers for that i guessed p67 was way to go, pointless going z68 tbh as dont intend to do any of the above bits, so p67 would suit be nicely, i was guessing £90 mark.
