How long do you put socks in the microwave for?

Oven/Hairdryer/Grill are all MUCH MUCH MUCH better options.

heck, even putting them on a baking-tray or frying pan and putting that on the stove on a LOW heat would be a better option!

Im pretty certain he's only warming one up and its his fappin sock! Times must be hard been a student incapable of drying his own socks!

I think this is a joke thread.

Nobody with some common sense would need to ask how to dry their clothes?

I've put my pants in the microwave before, was desperate times.

It never dried them but made them so hot they dried a hell of a lot quicker!

Umm, I'm not sure I'll like the answer, but how did you "use up" your socks?

/morbid curiosity

Washing machine broke down, couldn't wash them.

When you think you've seen everything on OcUK, along comes a new level of retarded.

I'm doing economics, so I'll be sure to ruin your pension first when I'm a hedge fund investor ;):p (jk). Inb4 people like me running the county, no wonder we're screwed etc etc.:D

The issue isn't how to dry clothes, its how to dry them quickly. My socks are quite a heavy fabric, so they take a while to dry, even inside my cupboard with the hot water tank in it. We don't own an iron, none of guys in our house own a hair drier, the girls are out and I'm too afraid to rummage through their stuff to find a hair drier, boiler isn't practical for drying clothes, heating isn't on so can't use radiator. The problems stack up!
