Must have been around 2000, AMD Athlon Thunderbird 850MHz with a guaranteed overclock to 1GHz, along with an Abit motherboard, PSU, 2x256MB of Ram, OcUK Value case and a few other bits of peices. Don't have any of the old invoices or anything as they used to go to my FreeServe email address, which has been gone a LONG time now lol.

Just browsing the old website brings back memories haha.

radeon 9800 pro
athlon xp3200
1gb kingston hyperX ddr ram
160gb hard drive
pioneer dvd106?
can;t remember which motherboard.

This was when they were based in fenton, i think it was a SB Live card, and they wernt in the unit they moved to later on furthur down the block

was that the mega loud one or was that the 38 ?

I honestly have no idea. Def a 32 I had though I know that. A few had delta fans iirc.

Pretty bloody loud. Had it for about a year, kept using it but overall felt the performance wasn't worth the drone.

Edit, in fact I've changed my mind it was the 38 after looking. I remember the clips. :)

Must have been a Celeron 300a, Abit BH6 and an Alpha PEP66. Oh and a Voodoo 3 16MB

Good times on Starcraft and Quake I. I loved that system :o

Um...

It was my first PC that I didn't get from my dads leftovers.

It was a shop special, which I assume is something they want to sell quickly. Was around 4 years ago now, still working :)

Q6600
8800GT SLI
4x1Gb RAM etc, was a beast at the time!
