It's probably from talc and deodorant 'dust', that or you buy really nasty cheap toxic toilet paper.

toilet paper dust is a very serious problem, especially for people with major dust allergies like me.the problem has affected me so much i have taken the advice from QI, so i now wipe my behind on a live goose.

this gives supreme comfort and very good residue removal while being completely dust free
