Yes HDD prices are high ATM
Re build, spend less on PSU, a decent 550w will do, eg antec true power, spend that money saved on a much better gfx card, a 560Ti if you want to stick with NV, get faster ram PC12800

You can get to around 4Ghz on stock cooling. Upgrade your cooler later when you have the money, And I dont know about the hard drive as the prices are really high, try look somewhere else.
 
Thanks, thats a good suggestion, not to keen on the power supply?, by the time i buy it the HDDs will be cheaper, thanks, im still free to other suggestions, maybe cheaper?,

Sorry to burst your bubble but current trends show HDD price will keep going up. Its due to the manufacturing companies recovering from the natural disasters in japan.

The PSU is good but not amazing. A better suggestion would be: Antec TruePower New Modular 550W £60
