I realise it has already been mentioned in the Turn your clocks back thread, however thought that frankly it deserved a thread of its own...

I really don't like the concept of this...
For the idea of it saving lives - then surely it might save more in the evening but more people would die during morning, or vice versa etc...
Personally I think it's a bit to 'euro integration'...
I realise it's not quite a EU happy thing, however, what really bugs me, is it seems to break logic, as at no point would GMT be in Greenwich...

Conservative MP Rebecca Harris explained her proposal before parliament to move the clocks forward an hour from next summer in order to bring Britain in line with most of Europe and make better use of daylight and save lives.
