Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

So a friend of mine got us 5 copies early for me and my mates. Had to pay £47 but not too fussed. Now then, I popped into GAME to get the Elite membership and thu just said I need 4200 ms points and sold me then for £35. Where do I buy it from? I'm guessing the marketplace but it's saying its about 4205697 points at the moment lol.
 
I bought mine online from Tesco and I've got to collect my copy from Tesco on Tuesday after 4PM, do you think they'll have the game by then or would I have to get there in time before people rush in and buy it?

If you're collecting from the store your copy will be separate from shop stock.

Oh right cheers! Have I made a mistake by ordering the regular version instead of the hardened edition? Tesco don't stock the hardened edition online (well it was out of stock) but I wanted to use the £30 vouchers!

Is there any major differences between the two versions?

The normal version is effeftively the same, most ofthe extras you get are from it comig with a year membership of elite - things like founder status, maps for 'free' extra video upload time etc.

As for unlocking the years subscription I would guess you will have to wait until Tuesday to do so as they seem really keen on people not playing before then.

Edit: that is rubbish about scavenger if true, it would have been nice to be able pick up whatever they had when they die. If you have semtex chosen and they die without throwing it why cant we pick it up :(

Edit 2: Just checked my email, notification from Tesco too :) Though they say delivery is usually 3-5 days which puts it wednesday to friday :( hopefully tesco are as good as everyone said and it comes on time.

One thing i'm not liking is the maps are decent size but there are always cramped rooms and walk ways, making assault rifles pretty much pointless. I would have liked to of seen some more open maps.

Maybe IW's idea for more gun on gun action , i heard the maps are smaller than most in MW2 .
