What the hell, why is it so hard to get a simple customer advisor job!

I've applied to half a dozen places and they haven't even said anything back and it's been 2 months+

I just tried to apply for a job at B&Q and it's all going smoothly except it then asks for past job experience, in which I put none, but NO they won't ****ing accept that! You must enter at least one job.

Well where the **** am I going to start, I wouldn't mind wiping my wang over these stupid people, teach them some common ****ing sense.

I'm not going to lie because I think it's morally wrong but from what I've heard from other people nobody gives a **** these days.

**** trying to get a job, I'm concentrating on my education.

Rant over.

Like I've told you before, contact the companies a few days after applying. Show that you're keen to work for them. Don't just sit back and wait for them.

The problem is your value is the same as someone with more experience as regulation prevents you devaluing your labour, hence the employer chooses the individual who, on average, will require less training.

On the job description it says nothing about previous job experience being required.

Wow, half a dozen job applications you say? Come back and complain after 60 job applications and I might *might* care.

I know, but if you have a choice between someone with previous relevant experience, and someone who doesn't, and you have to pay them the same, who are you going to choose...

Yeh you're right :(

Oh well, can try somewhere else.

I'm tempted to apply to some high flying place for a laugh.

It's just that you go through the whole create an account, give personal details such as address and NI number, then upload cv/fill in application q's and then they ask for previous work experience and say sorry noob. :(

Why couldn't you tell me in the job description instead of wasting my time grr.

And the guy who has applied to 60 jobs and go nowhere; I hope you have tried to improve your application as youve been getting rejected?
Continuing to do the same thing over and over again expecting different results is pretty stupid.
