Southern Meet(Newbury) - 13th November 2011 (aka OcUK November Pride drive)

Phate... Prepare yourselves for some seriously dodgy music selections... I am downloading Aqua Barbie Girl especially for putting on repeat on the journey up there.

That'll be a first :p Well, I'm happy to do any Passenger rides, though with the other metal there, I can't imagine I'll be too high up the list of priorities! :o

Cool thanks dude :)

Am bringing the camera so make sure it's clean :D

Ill jump in for a ride... hopefully people don't really care about a 10 year old boxster and I can just sit quietly in the corner with a milk shake and barbie girl playing.

It was a shorter cold air feed from an LS3 VXR8. It's for when my ceramic long tube manifolds are fitted which should give an extra 30bhp & 40lb/ft plus a remap which should bring the total to 470bhp and 470lb/ft. Thats before a supercharger.

Nice... I have been looking into supercharging my Boxster for almost 400bhp only it costs the best part of 10k... Could buy a second Boxster for that.

The joys are having a large engine means cheap power. A fully fitted supercharger with all the bits I mentioned above would be around £6000 which should see pretty close to 600bhp & 550lb/ft.

£6000 though

What could you buy for the cost of your Monaro + £6000?

You could probably get something with big power that's fairly chuckable, too.

Well it's not a great deal of money for an extra 200bhp that in a straight line would take on more serious metal. Also with some mods <£500 you have a tighter car that will do well in the bends too against the same cars.

What world do you live in where £6000 on a car mod is 'not a great deal of money' :p
