Hey this is something i could realisticly afford sometime soon...

Indeed, Maybe you could afford it. But why would you buy it? I have no problem with a 2700k based system. but there are better ways to spend you money than just going through the hardware section and finding the most expensive hardware

Yeah, I noticed that. Not sure what I did there! Only £2000 now. I agree about the HAF X but as he had it in the OP, thought I'd stick with it. I'd probably get a Raven or Corsair of some sort.

lol hi Aaron. No need to waste money on the i7 if you concentrating on gaming. So a MB like this one would go sweet with an i5 2500K

It still supports the next gen of PCI-E (and obviously ivybridge).
Also go for a lower PSU. A good 850 (or even 750) Watt one would be fine for Single GPU which you said you'd have above, and the 850W would even easily support 2 GPUs. I bought this last month and it's lovely:

I'm personally not a fan of the case, but I know that's all opinion lol. I just bought myself a white 600T in preperation for my xmas build Can't wait to order the rest! Maybe in a week or two.
