Before saying a statement like "you don't get gay animals other than humans", you might want to actually check that the statement is correct. After a Google search you'd find, in about 10 seconds, that it's a ridiculous statement that is about as far from the truth as you get. I don't know where you've been for the last decade, but the world currently has a population crisis, if 50% of the population turned gay, not only would things be a lot more interesting, but it'd solve something that's already quite a serious problem.

Lastly, the comment about it being unfair on the parents is equally as stupid. What you're effectively saying is, in order to be 'fair' to the parents, gay people should live a lie, have sex with people they don't want to have sex with, just so your family name continues. I think most parents would rather their children were happy.
 
Who cares, it isn't my money so they can do what they want with it.

Gay Pride, who cares, if they want to be proud of their sexual preference and dress up like girly girls so what........;)
 
Good for Tesco. You only have to look at the DM comments, this thread and the struggle that gay people have faced for equal rights for their partners (tax breaks, hospital visits, inheritance, etc) to see that there is no shortage of bigotry in this country. Many of Cameron's chums were against repealing Section 28 and they now run the country.

Pride can go OTT, but oppressed minorities don't get recognition by keeping to themselves.

Absolutely. Feigning outrage at Tesco ending its support for the Race for Life is just a dog-whistle for all of the Mail-reading bigots who would be angry about Pride getting a few quid anyway.

I hope that all your children are gay and don't want kids, so the stupid is not passed on, because sadly despite your clear defect, you are could easily have kids.
 
Maybe when the gayers have the same rights in law with regards to their partners all the pride stuff will stop?

Why shoud we support a sexual preference over research into one of the biggest killers of our time?

While I support equal rights for all, I don't think it should be at the expense of other peoples lives.......Tesco isn't supporting Pride London instead of Race for Life, but to say Gay Pride events should be supported rather than Cancer Charities is something I can't agree with.

None of the gay people I know feel persecuted in the least and rarely does their sexuality even come up, and why should it. Being gay isn't a big deal, why make it one.

To. be entirely honest, Id rather that Gay pride didnt exist ..... Id much rather if they did this the old fashioned way instead - pitchforks, torches, lynch mobs against bigots and religious establishments would be so much more effective.

But thhen they would be massively outnumbered, so that idea would be a fail.
