I can't agree more, one of the most enjoyable romps I have ever had. If you don't laugh throughout the game, you are dead inside.

I would get it anyway. Indeed I have done. But the graphics are not improved and the keyboard control scheme isn't as neat as the 360's.

Portal 2 and Orcs Must Die!

Bargains indeed, and very pleased with Portal 2, but... this is day one of a two big sale periods in the space of a couple of months... and I've not even played the games I bought in the last Steam sale yet. Ho hum....

I don't think I've played anything I've bought in a steam sale, lets face it if I really wanted something I probably would have bought it full price

But it boosts the steam calc total.

I think I will get portal 2, orcs must die and tdu2 today. Still haven't completed portal 1 though!
If shogun 2 is on a good deal later in the sale I may pick that up. Nothing else comes to mind at the minute, though I am sure that will change!

With regards to those saying they have skyrim so don't need/want any games in the sale. I have the game, but I have played it so much that I am feeling done with it. I have the main quest and the dark brotherhood to do, which I will do out of a sense of completeness, but after that I can't see myself coming back to it.

Just a warning to all the silly people who make this mistake:

DO NOT BUY ANY GAME THAT ISN'T ON DAILY OFFER! IF THE GAME YOU WANT HASN'T APPEARED YET AND IT'S THE FINAL DAY OF THE SALE THEN, AND ONLY THEN, IS IT SAFE TO BUY THAT GAME.

Of course, if you feel the game is worth it then pay away.

I think a lot of the "Causal" games are safe enough to ignore that rule. For higher profile titles, wait, absolutely. Even until Christmas if necessary.

The Binding of Isaac is a steal even at full price and now it's 50% off (though it could always go lower). Excellent game for the money.

Loved DN back in the day and would be happy for more of the same mindless gameplay, will it satisfy?
