I drink Diet coke because its healthy and makes me look like im on a diet

well sweeteners found in most softdrinks are addictive and often make you want other food. Still though 42 litres of coke a week and he doesnt think he has a health problem, how about the fact he's clinically obese!

I drink an awful lot of diet coke as well (not quiet that much mind you). My first point of concern would be if hes that thirsty all the time its a good sign of diabeties.

I think there is some (probably unproven) link between liver damage and artificial sweetners.

Can't stand Coke myself, any sort, ergh.
