Steam Autumn Sale

Thief looks a little bit interesting, kind of like a medieval hitman. But yeah, meh.

Now i have a decision to make, however. Valve Complete Pack, yay or nay?

section 8 is actully pretty reasonable

might grab demolition inc

this is the last day of sale isnt it? so would be a good time to get non daily specials :)?

Remember chaps. Now is the time to go through all 1500+ games and see if there's anything that takes your fancy!

Or wait 30 days until the next sale. :D

Thief: Deadly Shadows is regarded as the worst out of the series. Unfortunately it's the only one of the three available on Steam.

Regards to the Valve complete pack, I'd say it's the best value for money anywhere. Half-Life 1, 2, 2 Episode 1 & 2, Counter Strike, Counter Strike Source, Left 4 Dead 1 & 2, Portal 1 & 2 plus lots more for £24.99. Seams mad not to snap it up at that.

So.... final day of sales, what're your recommendations from the rest of the games which didn't make it into the daily but are still great bargains. Mine is "The Binding of Isaac" which is a great game for the measly sum of €2.50 (or whatever it is in your equivalent payment method).

It's not likely to come up in the Christmas sale do you reckon? Google doesn't show me any time it's been more than 50% off, so i think i'll go for it. Now i just need some upgrades so i can actually play them :D

There are still a few bargain to be had if you search deep enough, or are not fussed about only buying AAA titles.

The Tiny Bang Story if a hand drawn puzzle, adventure game 75% off @ £1.75

The Binding of Isaac is another sidescroller for Ed McMillan (Gish, Super Meat Boy) 50% off @ £1.99

Psychonaughts well renowned adventure by Tim Schaffer 50% off @ £2.99

Sad that dungeon defenders didn't come down further and have decided to make a post in the mm wanted section to find 3 people for the 4 pack.

If you ever want to check a previous price on Steam check out that site. Last time it was on sale was during the big summer sale and was £24.99 the whole sale and never went on a daily.

Bah I've got something like 10 proper decent games in my queue to play, but really don't have time to start on any of them. Now I fancy Dead Space 1 and 2 and there're a few cheapy little Indie titles winking at me.
