So there have been plenty of threads about Racism in the past few days. Most of them complaining etc.. with the "I'm not racist but...."

However, this, frankly is absolutely horrific.

The link actually takes you to an article with the Video in question embedded, however due to the shameful language and OcUK rules, I'm not going to post the video directly, if you choose to watch it so be it.

Direct quote from the article sums it up pretty well:

In the shocking YouTube video, which is jam-packed with expletives and most definitely not safe for work, a mother fires repeated racist abuse at her fellow travellers. Uploaded by Ladyk89, it is simply described as a “British woman on London transport complaining that Britain is nothing now that ethnic minorities are in her country.” Fuelled by trending on Twitter for most of Monday afternoon, the video raced to thousands of views. Proving that the internet exposure can (sometimes) be a force for good, police revealed late Monday that they arrested the mother on a racially aggravated public order offence.

I watched the video when it was doing the rounds earlier in the day. It's a shame that some people have such confused ideas about the world. It was good to see people offering some limited defence in their own special trashy way.

Unfortunately the uneducated can be the most vocal, as seen by that video. What's more unfortunate is that her opinion is shared by a lot of people.
 
It's really hard to avoid people like this in this country, I am often exposed to this kind of terrible behaviour and it makes me furious as to how much people judge others. I have overheard conversations where people are talking about other groups of society without realising that they have one member of that group right next to them. The majority of people are decent well being people, but it does not stop others such as her behaving differently.
 
I would genuinely like to see her say the exact same bigoted bull **** without her baby sat on her lap! I bet anything she would be as quiet as a mouse.

Woman is uneducated bigot that needs education. You find them in every country. It is more shameful than I've seen before - and I've seen the BNP first hand in the north east. Feel more sorry for the kid growing up in that environment.

What does race, colour, creed, sexuality even matter anymore? Your black skinned, that's nice. I'm white skinned that's nice too. You come from a different country? Meh. Where is the problem?

Chances are, as well as being uneducated, she's probably quite poor. I've noticed that a lot of the people who whole similar views tend to live in the kinds of areas that attract immigrants (cheap) - and as they tend to clump/band together (safety, familiarity in their own culture, people they know) - they are viewed as a menace, 'taking jobs', causing problems, and simply being different to the norm.

england is a small island that gives away to much that is the problem and cannot be ignored, no racism just doesn't take brains to work out we are getting very crowded
