Well here in Scotland they are attempting to pass a law on religious bigotry,
also I dare say it would be very difficult not to be charged if you insulted members of a specific religion that is causing great difficulties here in the UK at present ...that is if you managed to get away from them lol
Religion is only a choice for some people. There is a Billion other human beings on the planet where it can only be left on pain of death for apostasy.

one mans truth is another mans fiction. I have yet to see anything that could be considered the truth from any parties on this matter as everyone has a loaded agenda they want to push that doesn't equate to giving the facts as they stand.

I hope I don't derail this - It honestly depends on what happens, the police aren't really daft on the whole. More often than not they are rather impartial particularly in disputes. My experience of course.

Can you see the difference between speaking out and doing what she did?

My point is that Harold Shipman was a murderer and therefore a criminal. Why should he receive praise or glory for what he did?

In the same case, this woman is being a criminal. Therefore to give her a medal is to reward criminality.

Therefore, my conclusion is that you feel she deserves a medal for breaking the law.

It doesn't matter what she was railing about, her attitude and language is enough to castigate her for. The fact that the content of her diatribe was as patently abusive as her language and attitude is neither here or there.

Right, I'm not convinced that religion is something you leave, more just lose your faith but I see your point. However it's still not the same as racism or treated the same, a religious debate is philosophical, something that I don't believe ever enters into a race debate.
