I don't like Clarkson but I'll defend him to the hilt over this, The bloke has made his living out of Off the wall comments etc Anybody that takes him seriously is a Retard. :D

Censorship should be up to the parents until 18.

Like I said I'm 24, I chose to watch the Human Centipede 1 and 2, (and regretted it, both times) and yes I made a thread about the film being banned, but I was more interested in peoples thoughts and opinions rather than ranting about getting the film banned.

Censorship annoys me so much, why censor The Simpsons at 6pm? there's no swearing in it and it's a ****ing cartoon.

Why censor South Park when it's on AFTER the watershed!

What's wrong with bbc2, that just shows how irrational you are. You obviously thought topgear was on after9pm and now you find it isn't. Youre doing some very poor back peddling.

The rational solution, is for such program's to get guest and don't invite guest that are unsuitable. Nothing more to OT than that. Your disgusted is point in the wrong direction. If it even needs pointing at all.

Does Anyone believe he actually genuinely wanted people shot? It was his way of showing his disapproval and it was said in what some of people understand is Jest but, like most humour, some people will not find it funny (usually those who the 'joke' is aimed at). Should he lose his job over it, I'd say no as his threat was clearly ridiculous.

While I don't find him funny I usually agree with his outlook (seen through his books) in that we've become too sensitive as a nation and cases like this just seem like a hysterical over-reaction to me (although the 'joke' wasn't aimed at me so I can see it for the absurdity that it is which I understand would be more difficult for those at which the 'joke' was directed).

It was originally shown after 9pm until it became meainstream and stopped being about cars. Thats when I stopped watching it.

What? Every episode there are cars in, sometimes motorbikes or even snowmobiles. Its always been about cars. It's just that they have sketches like any other sketch show.

Oh and that Telegraph article does sum it all up nicely.

I have no idea how anyone can be offended enough to make a complaint about a silly comment that was a joke and in no way would ever take place.

Your argument makes no sense and as that article points out. It is a very standard saying in English language. It's not odd or new to say it.

But of course that doesnt for in with your hatred, so it's dismissed.
