This can be put down to being a cross-platform game for the most part. If they concentrated on a pc-only release you can bet, at least texture wise, they would be better. But a lot of this is being fixed all the time by the modding community (much love to all of them
)About the dragons flying weirdly wasnt that a console only bug? could be wrong but have netiher seen nor heard of that for the pc. Only seen one floating body and i have been playing for over 100 hrs now
I think the sheer complexity involved in making a game like this should give it some slack. Yes they are out to make ££££, same as any other company you can care to name. It's a buisness after all and while we might not always get the perfect game we want (when does that ever happen?) they have pulled off an amazing job on this and should at least be given any time needed to weed out any bugs or problems. As Josh107 said, could you do better?

Jeeeeez. Skyrim and Bethesda games in general are some of the last games you could consider to have lazy/greedy developers!
EA games are a different story but you've lost any credibility stating such nonsense.

Yes there are problems. Look at the sheer scale of what has been done. Of course there's going to be problems. Presales were what, way over a million. Within a week of game release players will probably have played 24 hours of gameplay without too much difficulty.
1m people X 24 hours of game play = 24million hours played on Skyrim. There is no way Bethesda could put in the same amount of man hours to discover bugs.
And yes, there are bugs, but so what, Mods will fix them, they always do, and Bethesda have made a cracking game with a couple of faults.

Yeap, the sheer size of the game and what you can do will always bring bugs. Trouble is most of the people who moan are the people who want everything now and they get there y-fronts in a right twist. In this type of game players will come across bugs, they will moan like hell but eventually most of the issues will get fixed one way or the other. I actually stopped playing this game because of other people moaning about bugs. I will just sit tight for a month maybe two before I get right stuck into it. I know how to chillax/wait and then I will get to enjoy playing without getting stressed about stupid little things Just like I am waiting for a nice patch from Rocksteady
I like to enjoy games, but people who make threads like this are clearly not enjoying the game. So stop playing, go and play mw3 or whatever they normally play and come back at a later date. Or just continue to play and bitch. You can't tell me out of all the PC games ever made this is the only one the moaners have left to play?

BOUGHT all big games this year and i wasnt sure on this game best game of year by far. if i would HAVE played this before bf3 i wouldnt HAVE even BOUGHT bf3.

I don't really know what people were expecting though to be honest. Bethesda make some of my favourite games but I definitely expect a lot of bugs upon release and I even expect some bugs to never be fixed officially. It seems to be how Bethesda roll to be honest.
It's obvious all their games will continue coming out with bugs and to me it was obvious that they were lying when they were making claims that Skyrim would be running on a new engine. It was pretty clear from the screen shots alone that this was still Gamebryo, though I'm not sure whether the problem is Gamebryo, or just what Bethesda do with the Gamebryo engine but either way they get it wrong every time they use it. I think Bethesda have allowed themselves to become lazy and even more so over time because they know that the modding community will fix their games for them. I think Bethesda releases really are the beta testing phase for them.

I wouldn't say greedy, but I would say lazy to a certain degree. Obviously developing the game they've developed kinda disproves the laziness argument considering how much time and effort has clearly gone in to it, however there are issues with the game that really shouldn't be there and are clearly as a result of laziness. Some of the textures are awful, for example and it's lazy that they didn't fix them. You've also got things they should be including from the start but have been patched in like the LAA patch that makes Skyrim utilise 4GB of RAM rather than 2GB (which means my game constantly just crashes to desktop without any message if I don't use the 4GB LAA patch).Jeeeeez.
