Mine cost £95 and is currently unlocked to x6 and running happily @ 4ghz.. They are superb..
I'm using an 870 AM3+ MSI board that I picked up today, Unlocking was just one option in the bios then I simply set 16x250 everything auto and it seems happy so far..
What cooler are you using with the 960T at 4.0Ghz?
Problem is that my new 990fx mobo does not seem to like clocking my Phenom past 3.8, when my CHIV would go past 4 with ease (till it blew up).
