good luck bro, im sure tjings will work out, remember try and be supportive you gain nothing from trying to win a fight.

I have no personal experience but you say she is on maternity leave.

Maybe she is feeling a bit down maybe even depressed.

Being a care worker is really tough and keeps you on your toes (quite literally)

To go from mon-fri job to staying at home most of the time is a radical change.

Just out of Curiousity when was the last time you complimented her?

saying how beautiful she looks, or a romantic dinner.

Dinner thing - not for say 3 weeks or so ok the kids where there too but it was nice.....

On how she looks well - almost every day there's always a nice comment i send her way, in way of text, FB comment or better still in person....

Hey if ya lucky I will see if i can dig out the photo's of her, she's always been a looker in my eyes... and yes i love showing her off :-)

Something like this should always be said in person more than online or virtual. Saying it on Facebook or text is almost the same as being dumped by text or being fired by email. Same scenario, it makes it very unreal and almost ineffective, even though she has read it.

Look deep into her eyes, and tell her. That's how a real message comes across. :)

Sit down and talk - be sensible about it and try to put your points across in a suitable manner and "LISTEN" when she talks.

Tell her how you feel and get her to do the same. Don't just give up on your marriage, if nothing else but for the sake of your kids at the ages they are at.

Try and put time aside once a week for a "date night" or something where the kids can be looked after by friends or family and make sure you head out for dinner/drinks/cinema or something to get you both out of the house.

But most of all - talk to each other - you are both adult enough to have kids, please be adult enough to speak to each other on a honest, open and sensible level.

Good luck

Well why would I not tell her in person take alook for yourself?
