Meep, maybe I am quick to defend. It was the first thing I read this morning.

And I do think people should watch the speech linked in the OP. It's not tin foil related and it's good.

It is a good speech... it's just a shame that it's embedded next to the chaff...
 
To be fair to him, there are discussions and laws passed that have the ability to do some of what he says is happening. However, he's just adding his slant and justification for why these laws are put into place rather than listen to the 'official' view.

I don't doubt that there is a certain censorship of media outlets across the World as well as issues that don't even get onto the agenda (Bachrach and Baratz 101) and it's probably worthy of debate. However, it's all to easy to go down the CT route and dismiss it all as nonsense.

The second part is seemingly the default response around here to anything t hat isn't mainstream news or the "official" version of things. People get really upset by it for some reason.
 
Always get a kick out of people like the OP who seem to entirely lack critical thinking skills resorting calling people who don't share the same flaw "drones" and "sheeple" because they don't understand why normal people don't just swallow the conspiracy BS hook line and sinker like they did.
