I've contacted the seller and told him I'd like a refund. If no response in a few days then I'll initiate a complaint with PayPal.

The label and sizing. Folded in half, sown across the top on to one side of the material, with both ends of the label protruding from the stitching and frayed. The text on the label (care instructions) is mis-spelt gibberish. It's an XXL. Castelli XXL should fit me like a glove - this is like a tent on me
