anyone else experienced this - i decided to load up the game to see if there were any new patches to download/try my luck to see if i could get in an play - i typed in my username and password and then i had to type in an answer to one of the security questions, well thats all fine and good but its not even one of the security questions that i answered when setting up my account!! Itried exiting out and loading it back up, but it keeps asking the same question - Stupidly i tried a couple of answers just in case my memory was failing me, and now the account is locked.

Apparently the only way to get accounts unlocked is phoning them up, as apparently is standard business practice not to send password resets via email (even though practically every other web based business does this) and of course i cant get through via the phones... epic fail.

Seems a lot of people have been getting that, 2+ hours on hold with the phone lines too.

From what I've read it seems they want to get as many people in today as possible, and the last few tomorrow.

So between your last "level 3" post, saying you might play something else, and the whole 10 mins that passed, you played every class combo and was able to make the decision properly? It definitely does seem like you're trolling.
