Absolutely love the new maps, once all the "new map hysteria" has died down I can see these being the mainstays in server rotation. Karkand is fantastic and I love Gulf of Oman too. Karkand can be pretty tough on SQDM. They are all very well constructed and they look absolutely fantastic. Plenty of minor detail that make it feel special.

how u know? uve tried?

I usually go ENG anyway so I will be using there guns..dunno if they are worht the unlocks?

Unless no-scoping, (i.e. hip-firing) I have found the FAMAS quite hard to use/get used to, even with a scope its pretty hard as its damage is quite low. Its only really useful for close range spraying.

Really need to get the SA-80 unlocked. Anyone played with that yet?
 
last few kark rounds i have done the place is littered with soflam .. they are so obvious and bright .. need to be toned down abit.. nice to see there finally being used
 
Last server i was on everyone had around an even k/d except the 2 at the top who were (iirc) 19/2 ans 22/4. Their ping was a lot higher than everyone else. Most were around 25-30 but theirs was about 100

Yeah they are a bit "bright". My guess is that people are working on the assignments. That's my goal at the moment, so its SQDM as assault with grenade launcher! :)

Yup a lot of people trying to get the unlocks . although they all seem to comes with 12 x ballistic scope .. wich might sound cool but try using a lmg at short range with a 12 x .. my k/d took a hammering trying to unlock the red dot .

Famas is quite good short/mid range but the standard sights are terrible . Lot of clan mates say the l96 is very good ( i dont snipe so not tried it )
 
Just had a wtf moment as a little digger comes around a corner and i'm in my tank, didn't shoot at first because I was just shocked and didn't know they could be driven.

When I did shoot I got a double kill as one person was sat in the bucket, lol

Not true. The famas has huge kick to it when aiming down the scope.

Yea, gotta love the diggers! I C4'd a tank as a digger was coming at it and he thought the digger blew it up :D
