Is it okay to hit women? (equality)

Because the power the average woman can put behind a punch and the power the average man can out behind a punch is vastly diffrent. I could walk away from a woman bouncing punches off of my head, it's a diffrent story for men.

They are still a threat though, a well placed punch or even other self defence techniques cold disable the attacker without causing much damage. Anything beyond disabling the attacker in any situation is just excessive. If they give you one punch back, it's reasonable to give a bit more back just so that the attacker cannot do it again.
 
imho if a woman hits a man she deserves a smack back

I dont understand in what world it becomes ok for a woman to hit a man but in that world id hit a woman back

To be honest, based on the phyiscal constitution of most men today they're going to have to stop the women beating us soon. Too many hipster runts bringing the average down.
 
No its not ok to hit a woman but in self defence i guess everything goes lol.

Personally thats the only time id hit a woman/girl if she hit me first etc.
