Steam sale so far has been rubbish IMO. only thing that has interested me has been Batman AC but it was the day before payday and maybe payday the heist.

And how many 3+ month old games are there in Steam catalogue you want and haven't bought yet?

Usually it's simply that people have already bought pretty much everything they wanted from previous sales. The discounts have been rather great this time around as they always are. Well except with new games, Steam doesn't discount new games that much even during holiday sales. Batman: AC (50% off) is one of the few exceptions and even the discounted price was more than I paid for my pre-order.

epic just traded 1 lump of coal for todays trade objective and i got a copy of SAW the game instead of the usual coal piece.

Bought a few games today, including E.Y.E divine cybermancy, yet it won't even launch. It pauses my downloads on steam like any other game does when launching, then they just resume again as the game fails to start. Ideas?

Just bought and installed it and its working fine for me on win 7 64bit , judging by the menus its a source engine game so you shouldn't have too many problems , tried verifying the game files ?

I'm really hoping for a decent discount on Anno 2070, but I guess it's fairly recent so I can't see it happening. £18 on Amazon so perhaps I should just bite the bullet...shame it won't be here for ages though!

EDIT: When people were saying bout the deals. Portal 2 and PayDay seemed like good deals. Didn't go for any of them because I just want to keep my money

And I got BF3 to buy when it goes a tad cheaper!

Anyone know how to make the candy strip in audiosurf for the challenge today? I tried hitting grey and then coloured blocks alternating, but it didn't work?
