you just have to make sure it goes in the middle hole, and out the bottom one :)

personally, i'd run it up the other way (or side on if easier) as it'll reduce the chance of bubbles getting stuck in there.

Well i just used the last of my TIM on the GPU mem modules so the HeatKiller will have to stay that way round until i can order more.

I have bean using the TIM i got with the Noctua cooler (pretty Good stuff) but what would you guy`s recommend? Arctic Silver 5 or something?
 
mx4 nice one i will order some today

in all honesty, any of the high-quality TIM's will give you good results, i usually use whatever i have spare as long as it is from a good brand - only if you are looking for hundredths of a degree would it really matter :)
 
btw your cpu block is the right way round and the noctua thermal paste is one of the best thermal pastes you can get
