I don't know who was host (possibly me due to the fact) but there was some terrible games last night where I was struggling to kill anyone. Some brilliant ones also, the guy raging at my 45 kills in tdm made the night though.

After your love in with the mk14 (?) last night been playing with it for some xp, I keep a postitive kdr but rarely seem to win the 1 on 1 battles with people using automatic guns.

Gotta keep at range as hands down it beats everything the only real competition are QS and the type 95 it also cuts through groups of enemies easily.
 
On a decent host I found a picked up gun pretty good close up. It's ironic to drop a dual user in two bullets :p

Hopefully ****** not unless you enjoy being hard scoped.

If they do, there nowhere near as bad as black ops was, you could throw the tomahawk about a metre to the side or above and it would get a kill!

But the knife on MW3 seems a lot more difficult, i've been missing some easy shots just by being 1 or 2mm off target!
 
I don't think they're that hard even easier with Quickdraw Pro, but they lack the flexibility of explosives :D


So I don't bother with them too much.
 
Played a match earlier and somebody was killing me with 2 bullets from the UMP. Even in the killcam he was only hitting me with 2. Needless to say I quit.
 
Close quarters it only needs two shots where one is a multiplier TTK 80ms.

EDIT: Something else I forgot is you only have to be down 2 health points and two body shots will do the same job as the bullets do 49 damage close. It's balanced by being weak at range.

Not sure what was going on earlier in a tdm game i had , i was running loads of bullets into the other team and got bugger all and they seemed to kill me with a couple of bullets so just quit as i was 4 -12 :mad: then played another probably 12 games and it was a lot better , i like how the striker annoys people and i will be looking to annoy more people my next prestige with a MK14 - Striker combo running overkill :D .

It seems that the presence of certain people in the lobby can bring the game down for everybody else.

I've had this before, quit the lobby and found a new set of players and then had almost a completely different game bullet registration wise.

I'm not going to pretend to know whats going on, or that i understand it. But with two different groups of players, you can be playing an almost different game.
