Guys what can I do?

I have Marine it's done it since 11.6 I believe. and Shayper I'm probably an hour and half away from you. My TX650 Corsair should be fine I would've thought.

Hmm. not much I can suggest other than to try stress testing it in your brothers PC to see if that shows up the issue. If so, and you can log evidence, let OcUK know again, and show them the evidence.

And apologies Jokester, I was getting a bit riled by his manner in recent threads :)

Contact customer services on this forum and point them to this thread, I'm sure one of the chaps on there will help you, posting on here and all having a whine about it is not going to fix things is it?

Wouldn't you say he was a bit justified, being asked for £64 quid to return a card? I would be a bit miffed :p

As for asking CS, I'd log as much evidence as you can then get in touch with 5ub, he will probably be able to help you out :)

Agreed, 5ub is the man you want, maybe gibbo will look into it?

Also in future do some research on the brand you are buying, RMA and customer service change massively between brands.

Well it's clearly a GFX problem, it could be down to the card not getting enough power, as already stated try it in another system. Looking at your system however it should be fine with that 650w PSU unless it is failing. you could try lowering your CPU to stock speeds/volts and unplugging any unneeded hard drives/fans etc, if there is a problem with your PSU this will take a lot of strain off the system.

You could btw ask if Overclockers tested the card in a vertical or horizontal environment, if they did a vertical it may not show things like micro fractures in solder which would be more apparent in a horizontal config under the weight of the heatsink.

Overclockers RMA process was £20 they said it wasn't faulty i'm trying to rma it with HIS but they said £32 there and back as HIS is based in hong kong.

Does kinda look like a lack of power/loose connection issue as it is intermittent a driver problem would be weird, that or your card could be undervolting. Also this sounds stupid but check your connection on the motherboard, first GPU I sold on the MM was reported as faulty, he brought his rig round and the card worked perfectly... When the card was sideways, a sly little push upwards and inwards fixed it.

GPUs are pernickety, I thought my first ever one was faulty, turns out the MB was. trust me the people paid to test your card know more about em than you do :)
