They way it reads says that you're unsure if it makes her a racist or not?

What I'm trying to say is that her comments/views are no more racist than the view/comments that come from those who are pro positive discrimination.
Having looked her up online, and seeing this is not the first time she's made racist comments, I am surprised she wasn't fired ages ago! But I suppose being both black and female puts her in great demand so when the feminists/racist lobbies come around they can pull her out for people to look at.

To perhaps suggest an organisation should hire more black people.
Said organisation would then need to focus on the colour of skin during interviews. Rather than on an individuals skill set.

It would depend on your point of view, but I'd be inclined to say it would be more often than not at his expense. I don't think he endears a lot of people.
Like the Met Police? Are they racist for discriminating on ethnicity to become more reflective of the society that pays for them and for which they serve in return?
Interviews do not hinge upon skin colour, the same requirements and capabilities have to be shown before any sort of sift point system is awarded.

She talks nonsense regularly but then nearly all Westminster politicians do to me anyway, what I was trying to get across is that she is not constantly disgusting as inferred by the OP.

Yes, I guess the same could be said about the met. In fact many have said the same about them. David Lammy (MP for tottenham) made a similar statement on Newsnight a few weeks back.
If I'm need trouble and require the police, I couldnt care what colour they are. I just need to know that they'll be able to assist me.

Ultimately I think that some discrimination/positive action is required in public service at least.
