another cruel animal vid, dog and 12 yr old girl

sorry, i seem to post more than the average poster these kind of topics but they really hit a note with me i'm afraid though feel free to delete or lock should you want to moderators.

this is a vid of a 12 yr old girl (sun link, sorry) who is entrusted by an old man to walk his dog. he is a mobility scooter user so cannot do it himself.

the kicks are not 'brutal' on a scale of some of the things i've seen but what i can't get my head around, is just why a girl of this age would do this and where she has seen this kind of action?

the dogs almost seems forgiving

correct! it's from april 2009 but says todays date at top of the page? saw it on fb. lock if you wants mods, it's cruel but not current and may have been covered before?

Yeah I seen that, I suppose at least the person is doing something, filming it to try and get the girl into more serious trouble. Still, it's not something I would have done.
