Reducing heat coming from PC

i would like some advice.

The build I’m using for a gaming pc is sending to much heat in to the room it’s getting to hot me. The max heat I’m getting out of the top rad is 35 deg C, the power supply in intensive games also produces a large amount of heat, can even hear the fan running loudly sometimes.
Have added 4 120mm case fans to the side window that lowered the temp to 32 deg C.

Was thinking off added a large external rad (9x120) for the cooling of the GPU, but don’t know if this will make any difference…
Also would a better PSU produce less heat?

Really need to do something it’s 3 deg C outside, I have the windows open and fan cooling the room down and it’s still not enough after an hours worth of SWTOR.

Link to the build I did is below.

Look forward to any advice, regards Martin

The most effective way to reduce heat coming from your PC is to reduce your overclock and lower the Vcore. Unless you're willing to put that external radiator in another room or outside?

Getting a higher efficiency PSU will make a small difference, but not much.

still cant see how its warming your room up,mine @4.2ghz air cooled doesnt get warm imo,all your heat must be coming from your 480s in sli,i think the best cost effective solution would be to sell/ditch your sli and go for a single card equivelent? would certainly lower heat output

most of the heat is coming from the gpu rad, the problem is i have a 3d vision surround set up, so do need sli..

only way would be to mount the rad externally or outside the room,or install extractor fan, turn off radiator in your room, surely it doesnt throw out as much heat as your central heating?

Was think of going for a large external rad but cannot take it outside of the room, so don't know if it will make any difference at all. The central heating in the room is switched off and yes the room get hot...

mount it on the window sill outside? just a wild radical idea but you could easily drill through the wall or corner of the window frame? then drill and bolt it to the outside window ledge but then theres problems with the fans ect and rain

Skimmed through this so plz excuse me if it has been said, it makes zero difference what type of cooling u use to cool any part of ur pc, if it produces lets say 500w then 500w of heat will be introduced into the room u are in, the pc and it's components might be cooled quicker if u opt for a nice watercooling system but that heat still has to go somewhere and i am afraid under normal circumstances that is ur room, only way u can avoid this is to have the exhaust from ur pc go straight out the window.

I don't really know what is the reason to complain? Basically you are saving on heating bills. When summer comes and new cards arrive, upgrade to more efficient card.
