After much stone laying, tree cutting, and hill reshaping, I've finished my track extension project :).

Tangoman, can you sort out the junction from the main line, circled in yellow? Thanks!

Greg0986, feel free to build (or get someone else to build) a junction/station for your wooden house.

 
It'd be awesome if a server could be set up that was the same size as the UK, the biome matched the UK and the terrain also matched, how awesome would that be?
 
As awesome as 5 hour rail cart journey on a motorway to see someones build in London, oh and its got to cost me £80 to get there :D

But yeah, full UK would be awesome it be amazed by but not much else.

yup even flying it takes ages .. its a pretty huge map
 
It would need to have live weather aswell, so if it's raining in London, it's raining in London on MC, but if snowing at same time in brummy, snow in Minecraft in brummy.


What's the server IP Persil?
 
We seem to have a little land issue...

I'm at work at the moment and don't recall who the land was claimed by, but you can see it in the screenshot above.

We had hoped to see them online yesterday, but they didn't come on when we were on, and i'm looking at the latest Carto it seems they have been expanding/building on the land this morning.

Anyhow, we're a little concerned as we had marked out that area for our next part of our build (the town), and also started to move over some from 1.7.

On the screenshot above we are the floating islands out in the lake, the dock area to the right, and the tower below the red circle and the station to the left of it.

Anyhow, is it possible for that person to contact either me or Eirad? and to stop building anything else? as ideally we'd like that area for our build, we'll both be on tonight.

i can fire it up if u want to look round . no plans on making it public . was just playing with servers so me and my son could mess about .. whats yer user name ? will add you to the whitelist

That does seem to be a lot of land to 'reserve' but there's no harm in trying to negotiate with the other players. If you still have difficulty tracking them down my advice would be to use logblock to find out who they are and then message them on LinkTart (you should be able to match the minecraft name with a linktart account via the groups > minecraft > minecraft server > whitelist section).

I am the one who is building there, and I won't stop to be quite frank.

There were no indications of people using the land when I claimed it nor were there any signs or torches to indicate it was claimed. It was just plain glass land.

I have spent days flattening the area and I clearly marked the area I had claimed with a fence and sign, with the date that I had claimed it. Only to find 2 days later that you had been building in the area, which if anything, means I should be the one with the "land issues" not you. Especially due to the massive eyesore mob spawner you dumped right outside 'my' area.

EDIT: If it means that much to you, I will stop building there and move elsewhere. I just need to find somewhere else first. - You're going to have thousands of chickens everywhere though. And in future, I would advise that you clearly mark any areas you intend of using because I had no way of knowing your plans. As shown on Carto, I even built it a reasonable distance from your other builds to avoid conflicts.
